Are you interested in volunteering for the Full Circle Events Witches' Ball? We are always on the lookout for reliable and energetic volunteers. If you are punctual, trustworthy and possess good communication skills, we would love to hear from you!
FCE Volunteers who are invited to work our Witches' Ball receive a discounted ticket price, payable on the day of the event. And the added benefit of doing volunteer work that is fun and playful with a responsible Earth-wise organization.
The number of open volunteer positions is limited. Returning FCE Volunteers get first priority for assignments. After that, volunteers are chosen on a first come, first served basis.
Please note that our greatest need for volunteers comes on the day of the event - just before and after the ball. Set up volunteers work with volunteer leaders to get the Lucie Stern Center ready for the revelry. We also need volunteers to stay with us after the ball, between 11:00 PM and Midnight, to help tear down and clean up the hall.1
Full Circle Volunteers:
- Show up on time and ready to work.
- Are willing to learn the job(s) assigned.
- Take direction as necessary from FCE staff
- Are polite, helpful and friendly to all.
- Follow FCE guidelines.
- Follow all safety rules.
- Ask questions.
- Complete their tasks & any scheduled shifts, as agreed.
- Have good communication skills.
- Are reliable and trustworthy.
- Represent the Pagan community with pride.
- Are fun to work with.
We will train all volunteers for any position they hold. Full Circle Volunteers are treated with respect and appreciation at all times.
We have a lot of fun doing this work and we have a great crew - we hope that you can join us.

(1) If you wish to be a volunteer but are unable to perform a particular task (such as climbing a ladder) please let us know. We are happy to accommodate those folks with special needs, whenever possible.
