Take a walk through out beautiful mountain retreat in the expert company of our Nature Guru, Owlwind. Recommended for ages 7 and above. Please note: Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Pagan Music Concert

Enjoy a tour of the very best CDs in Pagan & World music. Presented by Anne Hill of Serpentine Music. Spontaneous dancing is not only welcome, but also encouraged. All ages.

Sacred Dance For Women

Girl, the Goddess gave you hips for a reason! Celebrate the sacred feminine with our renowned Tribal Dance Teacher, Jamaica. Beginners through Advanced are welcome. This class will take place in the Shrine and is for Women Only - All Ages.

Practical Shape Shifting

Learn the art of Shape Shifting through guided meditation in our magikal redwood grove. Presented by Greenman.

Mask Making Class for Children

Our Craft Goddess Lee Ann will help your child transform into a bird, a lion, a fairy, a gargoyle or anything their heart desires in this fun filled, hands-on class. This class is for Children & Teens Only, ages 7 and above.

The MUSE Camp Community Art Project

Come and Celebrate your creative side. Our MUSE Art project is designed for everyone. You don't have to know how to draw or paint - just come and have fun. Each of us can contribute a panel as an individual or as a group. Our Panels will then be joined and presented for the whole Camp to enjoy. Take your panel home at the end of the weekend and keep the vision in your heart. All ages.

Magikal Box Making Class

Magikal Boxes are meant to hold your best Tarot cards, your finest jewelry and your wildest dreams. Learn how to make your very own, very special box from Rachael, a talented Bay Area artist and teacher. Ages 9 and above.

Ritual Garb on the Cheap

Members of the Bay Area Costumers Guild and Thrifty Pagans Unite! will impart their time-honored secrets of looking Les Grand for less money. All ages.

Kinship Panel

Are we a Tribe or aren't we? How do we create family celebrations? Where do Solitaries fit into our world? Can we claim Kin from other traditions and practices? What does it take to make a Pagan family? These and other questions pertaining to kinship will be discussed at this panel session.

Intentional Community Panel

So you want to create a Community? Who do you invite? Where to you live? How do you handle expenses, family commitments, jobs, housekeeping and legal issues? Join our panel for a lively discussion of the ways and means we use to create Intentional Community.

Moving with Nature Dance Class

All of nature contains energy, rhythm and movement, from the wind in the treetops to the vibration of molecules in stone. Learn to tap into this sacred source in our Nature Dance Class. Taught by Kathryn, our Dryad of Dance. Beginners to Advanced. All Ages.

Nature Journal Writing

Learn to really see and experience the natural world around you. Enhance both your connection to Gia and your creative self with this journaling workshop offered by Owlwind. Recommended ages: 11 and above.

Cleanliness is next to Goddessness: Ritual Bathing and Magickal Soaps

Who invented bathing and what was it used for in ancient times? What is soap and how does it work? What is the purpose for modern ritual bathing? How do you make a bath into a ritual? Are specific soaps good for achieving specific results? How do you make these special soaps and where do you get the ingredients? Miriel will answer these questions and any others that bubble up during this workshop. Taught by Miriel Moondancer. All ages.

Giant Dreamcatcher Workshop

This is a two part event: In part one, we will build a Community Dreamcatcher and decorate it with your dreams. Bring any dreams, wishes or visions you would like to send out to the Dream Catcher. This workshop is an opportunity for understanding, focus and completion. Come and empower your dreams.

In part two of the workshop we'll perform a simple ceremony to ground our dreams, open the Catcher and send them on their way.

Feel free to bring a small token of your dream to include. Lots of great stuff will also be provided for your use. Children are invited to bring bubbles and blowers for the final ceremony. Most importantly for all participants, bring your dreams. All ages. Taught by Mommadona

Open Bardic

Come one, come all to our Open Bardic. Share poems, songs, stories, odes, lyrics and music - Come, celebrate your Muse in good company.

Kid's Sing Along

Matt our Magikal Musician will lead Children (and their parents) in a songfest which celebrates the best and the funniest in both Pagan and mundane music. Adults are welcome but they must behave themselves.

Art for non-artists

"The sky is blue, the grass is green". Not always. Anyone can be an artist no matter what your Third Grade Teacher may have told you. Come play with us and make Art. Taught by Sia. All ages are welcome.

Greenman Panel

King, Lover, Warrior, Bard, Loving Parent, Sacred Guardian and Greenman. We are all these and more. Join us for a panel discussion on what it means to be both male and Pagan in this day and age. Ages 14 and above. Men Only.

Bay Area Resources Panel

There are lots to see and do as an Earth Wise Community in the Bay Area. Join our Panel as we discuss the best place to shop for ritual supplies, suggest great places to take the kids and share tips on how to find safe ritual space both in and out of doors. All ages.

Pagan Parenting Panel

It's not easy raising Earth Wise children in today's culture. Join our panel as we discuss the how, whys and wherefores of pagan parenting. You are not alone. All ages are welcome.

Music Writing Workshop

Calling all Bards! Come join us for a Music Writing Workshop. Ages 14 - Elders. All levels of experience and musical training are welcome.

Irish Step Dancing

Learn one of the basic forms of Irish step dancing. Fun, great exercise, no previous skill required - just come with an open mind. If you like Irish music, this class is for you! (Taught by and for young people - adults welcome, too.)

The Runes: Meaning and Mystery

The names of the runes are the keys which unlock their power. By restoring the oldest forms and original meanings of these names we will uncover the outlines of an ancient system of inner knowledge. Recommended for Teens and Adults.

Sound, Power and Health

Peggy Black will share her experience and knowledge about the resurgent use of sound vibration as a healing modality and tool for wholeness. We will explore pure tones, chants and the use of vowels. Learn how your voice can generate tones which will relieve stress, clear blockages and bring a sense of well-being to yourself and others. It is playful, powerful, fun and experimental. All Ages.

M.U.S.E Camp Rituals:

Our Unifying Theme- "Meeting Upon Sacred Earth"

Friday Night: "Homage to Raven & Coyote: A very Silly Ritual which should not to be taken seriously by persons of learning and refinement." All ages are welcome. (An hour prior to this Ritual there will be a MUSE Camp Community gathering, which will include face & body painting) This ritual is written and presented by the Brouhaha Ritual Troupe. Dancing on the green under the moon to follow.

Saturday Night: "Bast Ritual". We are honored to host the famous Bast Ritual Group at MUSE Camp. This is an escastic ritual of drumming, dancing and celebration for all ages. This evening's ritual is dedicated to the California Cougar. Afterwards, there will be yet more dancing on the Green under the moon.

Portal Ritual: This ritual is for Children. Enter the Dreamcatcher and realize your dreams. (Time will be announced.)

 

Arts & Crafts Tables

Come meet our MUSE Crafters and learn the finer points of face painting. Help assemble a magikal puzzle. Choose the proper color for a dragon. Learn how to make paper and recognize animal tracks in the sand. Get your hands dirty and have fun. All ages.
 

Drumming Circle & Bardic Events

Drumming Circle: MUSE Camp will offer an open Drumming Circle around our large campfire each evening. All are welcome.
Bardic Events: The Dining Hall will be open late into the evening so that our beloved Bards can sing, tell stories, play instruments and share their talents till the wee hours.
Early Risers take note: These two events are situated on the hill, well away from the campsites. That way, our Merry Makers can enjoy themselves and the rest of us can get some sleep!
 

Merchants

What would a Pagan festival be without wonderful things to see and buy? A select group of Vendors will offer their wares for your approval all day on Saturday.
